1# Digital Health Records: With your Ayushman Bharat Registration, you can access, track, and share your health records in a paperless manner.

3# Personal Medical Records: You can link your personal health records using your digital ABHA Address (Health ID) card. This will assist you in compiling a long-term medical history.

5# Consent: Only after you grant consent will doctors or other health professionals be able to view your data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. This is one of the most important digital ABHA card benefits.

What are the various methods for registering an ABHA Card ID?

There are a few ways to register for an ABHA health card.

i) ABHA Card Registration Through Aadhar Card

Follow these steps if you’re registering with your Aadhar card.

  • Go to the official website and click the ‘Generate ID‘ button.
  • Select ‘Aadhar Generation‘ and enter your Aadhar number. After entering your phone number, click Submit.
  • An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Put that number in the appropriate box.
  • Enter your personal and basic information. To create your account, enter a username and password.
  • Log in to your account using your new id and password. After logging in, enter your address information.
  • Download and save the Ayushman Card for future use.

ii) ABHA Card Registration Through Website

Before visiting the facility, you must obtain an ID from the official website. The steps are as follows:

  • Go to the official website and click the ‘Generate ID‘ button.
  • Choose ‘Generate ID via Driving License‘ and fill out the information on the pop-up window.
  • Click submit and make a note of your enrollment number.
  • To obtain your NDHM card, visit a nearby registered facility.

iii) ABHA Card Registration via Mobile Number

The steps for generating your ID with a mobile number are as follows:

  • Go to the website and click the ‘Generate ID‘ button.
  • Click on ‘Click here’ that comes under ‘I don’t have any IDs/I don’t want to use my IDs for creating ABHA’ 
  • To generate an OTP, enter your mobile phone number. Once the OTP has been received, submit it.
  • Enter your personal information and choose a username and password.
  • Log in to your account using your new ID and password, and submit your address information.
  • Download your digital ABHA Address (Health ID) card for later use.
