However, there are some major differences between the two laptops that you should be aware of before deciding which one to purchase. This article will give you an overview of both laptops and then highlight the pros and cons of each model in an effort to help you make your decision. Let’s get started!

Design

In many ways, these two laptops are evenly matched. The Apple MacBook Pro 13 with Touch Bar is significantly more expensive than the Dell Alienware Aurora with an i5, 16GB RAM, and a 1TB SSD for just under $2,500. When comparing processor speeds, the difference is not noticeable in day-to-day use. One way to save money would be to purchase a used laptop instead of new. Used Macbooks can range from a few hundred dollars to around $1,000. If you’re willing to pay up front and don’t mind risking your hard earned cash on something that might turn out not working at all or having other defects, this could be your best option! You may also want to consider buying refurbished products as they have been tested by the manufacturer before being sold again as well as having warranties that come with them.

Performance

MacBook 12in m7 (i7 2.4GHz, 8GB RAM, 1TB 5400RPM HDD) – This is a great laptop for anyone who is looking for something lightweight. The MacBook has a 7th Gen i5 CPU and an 8GB RAM, but lacks in storage space (1TB) because it only has a 5400RPM HDD. However, this laptop is still quick enough to perform well in most tasks, with great battery life to boot. The MacBook does not have any ports besides USB-C and Thunderbolt 3/USB-C, which can be limiting if you are used to working on older machines that need extra cables. However, these USB-C ports can do everything you need them to do as long as you have the right adapters.

Software

Both computers come with many different software packages. The one for the Macbook is usually called App Store or Mac App Store. On this app store, you can find software that’s designed just for Apple. There are also many third-party software programs available, like Photoshop or Microsoft Office 365, but you must purchase them separately from an online vendor. The software for the Alienware comes preloaded on the computer, so you don’t have to worry about it.

Battery Life

There are two major things that contribute to a laptop’s battery life, screen brightness and CPU usage. A brighter screen is likely to drain the battery faster than a dimmer one, but this also depends on what it is displaying. Static images that don’t require much processing power should have little effect on battery life. However, animations and high-resolution screens will use more power in Alienware aurora 2019. The CPU affects battery life because when your computer processes data it requires more power. The better the processor, the longer your battery will last. In terms of our comparison between these two laptops, there is no clear winner because they both have pros and cons when it comes to battery life. For example, the MacBook has a good CPU while the Alienware has a good display; however, if you’re constantly using your laptop for gaming or watching videos then either of these laptops would work well for you.

Price

Each device offers unique benefits to the user. For starters, let’s look at cost. The Apple MacBook has a starting price of $1,599, while the Dell XPS 13 can be purchased for a base price of $1,299. In this case, both devices are fairly similar in terms of pricing. One small advantage that the Dell laptop may have is its smaller size (though both devices are fairly portable). Additionally, it seems that Dell does offer a longer warranty for their product- an industry standard 1 year limited warranty with accidental damage protection and a 5 year limited warranty on the battery!

Our Opinion on which is better between the two.

We love our laptop! It’s so much lighter, with a less eye-straining screen, long battery life, and a better touchpad. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Our only complaints are that the keyboard is hard to type on because it’s not as responsive as we would like, and that it takes time to get used to using a touchscreen instead of using physical buttons for things like closing windows or minimizing them. But these are minor problems in comparison to all the other features.
